I've finally decided that I needed to get myself together physically, although, I tried many times... I wasn't consistent. About three weeks ago I got up feeling dizzy stumbling in my room because it felt like the room was spinning, which scared me! It could've been due to dehydration (not drinking enough water) and being Anemic. So when I realized that I was about to turn 35 it hit me that I REALLY need to get myself together physically and try to keep myself healthy! I feel working out consistently along with eating the right foods will help me. So I decided to join the "30 Day Transformation Team" by Luther and Kathy, happened to stumble on their page one day and the transformation pictures was amazing! I wanted to join earlier but it was kinda expensive for my budget but since they was having a 50% off Black Saturday Sale, I was like why not! I want to see if I can get results I want since I already started the gym two weeks ago, working out. I feel like I'm determined to make this happen because I want to look better in pics, not think about liposuction but loose the natural way! Most important keep and stay as healthy as I can especially as I get older. So please follow me as I post from week to week my progress to a better "ME".
